Reporting bugs is simple. Just create a thread in this format:
- In-Game name
- Bug/Glitch
- Time you found out about bug/glitch
- Possible person(s) associated with bug/glitch
- How many times you have seen/used bug/glitch
- Video and/or screenshots of bug/glitch
