Be wary: If your request is false, the ban will be extended/permanent.
How to request an unban format:
1: Your in-game name.
2: IGN of person who got you banned.
3: IGN of staff who banned you.
4: Why you were banned + rule that was "broken".
5: Why you feel this is unfair/you should be unbanned.
6: Proof against your ban (Videos/Screenshots).
Example:
1: Devilry
2: Chenzillaaah
3: Chenzillaaah
4: Hacking, rule #1
5: I am very good at PvP and DO NOT have hacks. Please refer to the video taken as I got banned:
