These aren't set in stone. You can introduce yourself any way you like, but this is so people can find out more about you easily, without the hassle of typing 1000 pages.
How you should introduce yourself:
1: Name & In-Game Name.
2: Age & Timezone.
3: Location.
4: Server Rank & Donor Rank.
5: What you play the server for.
6: What you like to do on your free time.
7: Your friends on the server.
8: How long you have been on the server / on Minecraft itself.
9: Where you see yourself on the server in a year.
10: Pet peeves / things you really dislike.
11: Your favorite things / things you love.
